CUSTOM ORDERS

Shipping

All shipping costs are confirmed at the time of order confirmation. Local pickup is available for clients located within the GTA and can be arranged by appointment only. All other clients will receive an order completion email containing photos of the finished product and will be shipped upon the receipt of the remaining balance payment.

Returns

Due to the nature of custom made orders, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges as each piece is tailored to the client’s specific measurements.

Shipping

All orders are shipped out within 4-5 business days. Shipping rates vary based on location.

Returns

All sales are final, no returns are accepted. Exchanges may be granted depending on availability of the product with shipping costs covered by the customer. All exchange inquiries must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.
